All in stock items are normally shipped within 48 hours from the date of receipt of your order. Regular ground delivery takes 7 to 10 business days.

Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship products to worldwide.  International orders may take 2-4 weeks. Please note that for international shipments, your package may be subjected to brokerage fees, duties and taxes. These fees are not included in the shipping fee that Medievalitics.com will charge you.

What shipping methods do you offer?
Medievalitics.com uses Federal Express and UPS to ship our items. 
                                                                                                  
Please note that the transit time for shipping also depends on the destination of the package or where you will be shipping the item/s to.

What are the costs associated with shipping?

· Shipping cost/s depends on the option or shipping type that you choose.

· Kindly note that our shipping rates are based on the weight and dimension of your package. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies that we use, all weights are rounded up to the next full pound.

·  Boxing, packing materials and handling charge applies..

Shipping times and rates are only estimates and are not guaranteed.  Additional shipping may be required on your order due to weight, zip code, your combination of items, or other factors.

Do you offer EXPEDITED Shipping?
If you have a time-based shipping need, please contact us ahead of time through our email mail[at]Medievalitics.com so we can assist you with your need.

If you order more than one item Next Day Air or Second Day Air Shipping, all items in stock will be shipped immediately as requested.  Any backordered items will be shipped by Ground or US Mail upon arrival.

How do I track my order?
When tracking is available, we will send you your tracking number via email so you can check exactly where your order is.

Why have I not yet received my package?
There are several reasons why you may have not received your package:

Medievalitics.com usually notifies buyers that their item has been shipped out via email. The email message should contain your order confirmation and tracking number. If you have not received an email from us informing you that your package has been shipped out, it is quite possible that it has not been shipped out yet.

o If you are worried about your order, please do not hesitate to contact us at mail[at]Medievalitics.com so we can assist you in monitoring the status of your package until it arrives safely unto your doorstep.

o If you suspect that you have provided an incorrect shipping address, please send us an email at mail[at]Medievalitics.com so we can do what we can to stop the item from being shipped to that address. 

o You may have not received your item, because it is still in transit. In cases like these, please check the website of the shipping method or delivery service you had chosen to monitor the status or progress of your parcel.

The item I received is missing, incorrect or damaged. What do I do now?
If you did not receive your item, if you received an incorrect item, or if the item shipped to you is damaged, please notify Medievalitics.com immediately by sending us an email at mail[at]Medievalitics.com.  Please understand that it is your responsibility to inform us of these circumstances immediately so we can make the necessary actions to correct the mistake.

Return Policy

We GUARANTEE that we will make good on every order.  Please, if you are not 100% SATISFIED with the merchandise that you received, return it to us within 30 days with the original paperwork and we will exchange it or refund your money in the manner paid.

You can return anything unused within 30 days for a refund or exchange, whichever you prefer. After 30 days we will repair or replace items that have manufacturing defects. Any returned item accompanied by a receipt will be refunded at the original purchase price of the item(s) in the original payment method. Return your item(s) to us using the return label and enclose the completed return form from your original packing slip. Customers are responsible for return postage. If your order is not received, it is the responsibility of the customer to notify us. No tracer will be placed after 60 days.

Museum Replicas fully warrants all of our clothing articles against any defects in materials or workmanship.  Please inspect your garment upon arrival for fit and quality.  If it does not meet your expectations we will happily refund your money or exchange the merchandise within 30 days of the ship date.  We recommend dry cleaning only for years of service on our garments.  Museum Replicas will not give a refund or exchange on an article of clothing that has been worn, soiled, washed or damaged during use.

For the Musical Insruments, all merchandise, except printed or recorded material, may be returned for a full refund of the purchase price, excluding shipping & handling costs, if the customer requests a Return Authorization within thirty (30) days upon receipt of merchandise. No returns are accepted after 30 days. The customer is responsible for all shipping charges both ways. Returns must be in new and unused condition. Items that are damaged during return will not be accepted for refund or exchange. Customers are encouraged to insure returns for their protection.

In order to ensure satisfaction with your purchase, we request the following:

1.   IF DAMAGED IN SHIPPING: If your package arrives damaged during shipping, please refuse the package or return to a UPS shipping location within 24 hours marked "Refused due to shipping damage." You must then call us so we can file a claim with UPS. Failure to do so will result in loss of refund or replacement by UPS.

2.   KEEP PACKAGING: Save boxes, packaging material, and paperwork. Don't throw anything way. They are required items for all warrantee issues.

3.   READ INSTRUCTIONS: Read the instructions carefully and completely. Improper use will void your warrantee.

4.   START SLOWLY: Take your time to get familiar with the items, and start slowly, to prevent accidental damage.
